- FISC Norfolk Philadelphia Division intends to procure services in support of the Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) Resumix software system. Services include maintenance in support of the current Resumix in place by OCHR, assist in analyzing defects and enhancements for the purpose of resolving issues and errors encountered with the systems current operation & performance. It is intended to solicit the services of Serene Corporation of Santa Clara Ca, on a sole source basis. Serene will perform system review/checks and maintenance to ensure proper system operation, provide system support, current licensing, trouble shoot and resolve application/operation issues, support for account maintenance, and ensure Resumix software upgrades & patches are implemented appropriately. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated with a base two option periods will be negotiated. The NAICS code for this effort is 541519. The proposed contract action is services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Serene Corporation on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6-302-1. Serene Corporation is the only known provider of these services and is the only organization with access to licensing and necessary source code for continued maintenance and repair of the Resumix system in use by OCHR.
