- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Regional Contacting Center Fort Sam Houston, Texas (CCMI-RCS) intends to award a firm fixed-price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) to The Gordian Group, Inc., 140 Bridges Road, Suite E,, Mauldin, South Carolina 29662, for subscription to the Gordian Groups Construction Task Catalog (Unit Price Book) that will allow DPW to procure a Job Order Contract (JOC). The subscription is commercial within the meaning of FAR Clause 52.212-1. The contract will be issued on or about 13 March 2009 with subscription running from 16 March 2009 to 15 March 2010, with four one-year options through 2014. Estimated initial cost of online access membership is $25,840.00 and the yearly cost for each subsequent year for is $5,370.00 per year for a total cost of $47,320.00. Product benefits include the fact that The Gordian Group, Inc. had developed the unit price book in the past and added specific line items applicable to Fort Sam Houstons historical facilities and unique needs.
