- Description
- The VA Medical Center in Bath, NY needs to have an existing Bussing System Conveyor Belt leading to a Dish Washing Machine replaced and installed as indicated in the specifications. This procurement is open to all potential contractors and the resulting contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $6.5 million. Solicitation is expected to be issued on, or about March 9, 2009 and will be available electronically. All responses are due COB March 27, 2009. Offerors are required to submit a complete copy of the provision 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, and along with a submitted price quote, detailed information about the name and type of equipment to be provided/installed, and the length of time expected to complete the entire project with a proposed start and completion date with their offer. No telephone requests will be accepted. A firm, fixed-price contract is anticipated.
