Description
The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 15,205 rentable square feet in Syracuse, NY. The space should yield 13,222 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will consider contiguous floors. The Government will require thirty (30) covered, secured spaces and fifteen (15) surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located in Syracuse from I 690 to the North, I 81 to the East, Adam Street to the South, Plum Street to the West (including Plum Street south bound ending at Tracy Street heading East) The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 8th, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
