- NSN 6230-00-892-5253, lIGHT, Extension, in accordance with K&H Industries, Inc. CAGE 15664, Part Number 825-T5. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. Delivery is 80 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Procurement was solicited as an unrestricted requirement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 2,772 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 693 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 23 March 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
