Description
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for FASS Quality Assurance Review. The contractor would provide quality assurance services to ensure that financial statements submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by Section 8 Only and Combined Public Housing (PH) and Section 8 agencies are current, accurate, and complete and conform to Federal. Upon completion of the contract, HUD will have received technical assistance that will result in availability of validated financial information about PHA performance under the voucher program, which will improve financial integrity of the HUD voucher program. The resulting contract will be performance based and will be fixed price/fixed unit price. All interested firms are requested to provide the agency with documentation that (1) would demonstrate your capability to support this effort, (2) your business size and category (8(a), GSA, large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, etc) (3) standard performance matrixes and performance measurements your industry uses, (4) innovative delivery methods and incentive programs that you have found particularly effective, and (5) any other related information that would assist the agency in developing its acquisition strategy.
