Description
SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia has a need for services which involves providing Physics Support Services to patients at the Richmond VAMC. Services are needed for a period of one year with one -one year renewal option period. Contractor shall provide physics and radiation safety support services to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA. QI data that will be collected for ongoing monitoring includes: Physics support, mammography support, MRI support, personnel monitoring, Nuclear Medicine support, National Health Physics Program and Nuclear Regulatory Commission compliance, therapy procedures compliance, radioactive waste monitoring, research laboratories support, and will be reported quarterly to the Medical Executive Committee and Contracting Officer. The NAICS code for this requirement is 622111. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of the company/provide, number business size (large or small); identify whether or not he firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories - 8(a), HUB Zone, Service Disabled Veteran -Owned; firms experience in providing Physics Support Services and any other pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
