Description
OR PFH 124-1(1), Beaver Creek Road, Ochoco National Forest, Crook County, Oregon. This project consists of 12.73 km of Grading, Drainage, Base, Superpavement, Erosion Control, minor bridge modifications, installation of right-of-way fencing and other small items of work. This modification sets the bid opening date April 8, 2009. By issue of this modification we HAVE ATTACHED A REVISED PROJECT DESCRIPTION, which notes that this is a Metric project. A previous modification announced that THIS SOLICITATION IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS This project will include 2 bid schedules. There will be a Base schedule plus 1 Option. This project is being advertised with an Economic Price Adjustment specification. Work shall be completed by 10/31/2010. Estimated PRICE RANGE is between $ 7 million and $ 10 million. This paragraph announces possible financing available to Small & Disadvantaged (SDB), Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). (NOTE – This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business): The Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
