- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA5240-09-R-0008 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20080812. This subscription requirement is being synopsized and solicited as set aside for small business. The FSC code is S207, Standard Industrial Classification code is 8734, NAICS code is 541620, and SB size standard is $6.5 million. There will be a base period of one year with four option years. Please see attached RFP for more information. Quotes should reference RFP No FA5240-09-R-0008. All contract clauses and provisions are available in full text on this website, http://farsite.hill.af.mil. A site visit will not be held. Proposals will be due to the 36th Contracting Squadron, Unit 14040, APO, AP 96543-4040, by 18 March 2009, 12 AM Chamorro Standard Time.
