The Federal Emergency Management Agency is accepting quotes for the following equipment. The equipment must connect to an Avaya 9620 telephone set. Specifications (equal to): (1) Plantronics Supra Elite Monaural Headset (2) HIS Headset cable Include delivery/shipping costs and warranty information and quantity discount, if offered. Also provide prompt payment discount information on your quote, if offered. Vendors, please include your Central Contractor Registry (CCR) number in your quote. Quotes will be accepted until Friday, March 13, 2009, at 4:00 PM CST.
