Description

1. Date: 11 Mar 09 (1) The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Space Vehicles Directorate (RV) at Kirtland AFB NM, amends the solicitation to BAA-RV-09-01 for the Plug-and-Pay (PnP) Spacecraft Technologies originally posted 16 Dec 08, Amendment # 1 posted 15 Jan 09, Amendment # 2 posted 30 Jan 09, and Amendment # 3, posted 17 Feb 09. (2) This Amendment # 4 to BAA-RV-09-01 provides the following change to the original solicitation: (a) Reference page 5, Section II, Award Information, paragraph 1, Type of Contract/Instruments. Change the minimum ordering amount from $500K to: "The minimum ordering amount for each contract award will be $100K." 2. The Secondary Point Of Contact changed from Mr. Frank J. Strub to Ms. Geralyn M. Warner, Contracting Officer. All other information remains the same.
