- The Defense Counterintelligence and HUMINT Center (DCHC) plans to issue a solicitation for an upcoming requirement to provide case consultation, analysis, and review and synthesis support to the DCHC through the Behavioral Science Program. Single or multiple indefinite delivery - indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts may be awarded. Please see upcoming solicitation for complete details. The solicitation will be issued using the procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiations. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The solicitation will be full and open to competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541720. All prospective offerors must have a commercial and government entity (CAGE) code and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation will be available over the Internet only. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE SENT OUT. The solicitation issue date should be on or about 24 March 2009.
