- Description
- Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Two Preventive Maintenance (PM) Visits Per Year for Mitsubishi 150 kVA UPS and Batteries for VA San Diego 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The Contractor shall provide Preventative maintenance that will include inspection, testing, cleaning, adjusting, lubricating, and other services necessary or desirable to reduce or eliminate all premature Equipment failure or downtime. Period of performance April 15, 2009 through April 14, 2010 with four (4) subsequent Option Year periods. NAICS Code is 811310. This procurement is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The SBVOSB contractor must own at least 51% of the business and add at least 51% value to the contract. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT MARCH 20, 2009 AND SOLICITATION NUMBER VA-262-09-RQ-0195DW HAD BEEN ASSIGNED TO THIS PROJECT. No telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
