Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE TONGASS ROADS MAINTENANCE IDIQ CONTRACTS. The Portland EROC center will be making a task order award to one of the holders of the Tongass Roads Maintenance IDIQ contracts. The intent of the contract is to perform road maintenance activities. Work includes installing waterbars, excavate and side-cast road fill material, haul and place rock borrow, remove culverts and log bridges, install culverts and log bridges, excavate ditch line, seed and fertilize exposed soils, resurface modular bridge decks, and cut brush along roadsides on approximately 30 miles of National Forest System Roads on Chichagof island. This project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The task order will be awarded under the authority of FAR 16.505. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals but for informational purposes only under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
