Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min is 21 Ea, Min Order Qty 21, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 84, Max Contract Qty per year is 168. Delivery: 197 days ARO. Ship to stock locations in the Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is February 09, 2009 and the closing date is March 30, 2009.
