Description
X - UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN ALBANY, GA. The United States Government seeks to lease high quality, professional, fully serviced office space in a building of sound construction. The office space must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors). Space located on the second floor or higher is required. Space on the first floor will be considered only when no other space is available. A total of 3 on site reserved parking spaces for official vehicles must be provided with the capability to provide one additional parking space over the lease term. The office space and parking must be accessible on an unrestricted 24/7 basis to government employees, 365 days per year. The space offered must consist of approximately 1,946 rentable square feet, and the space should yield 1,740 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for fifteen years, (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 15, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed space must be located within the city limits of the City of Albany, Georgia. All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
