Description
This requirement is for NSN 6135-01-280-2883, Battery Assembly, Lithium/Sulfur Dioxide, Acetonitrile which is identified by Artex Aircraft Supplies, Inc.(60253) P/N AA0715-001. RFP will cover requirements for Firm Fixed Price contract for a quantity of 964 ea. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 190 days ARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. Solicitation will be Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the procedures contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the described supplies or services. Trade Agreements apply in accordance with Clause 52.225-7021. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the toolbar. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
