- Justification and Approval for Sole Source The 20th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action to the incumbent contractor National O&M, Inc. to extend the period of performance of the current contract by one month for Wastewater Treatment Plant Services, Shaw AFB. This action is required to maintain operations until FA4803-08-R-A036 is awarded. This will allow the Government sufficient time to award a new contract for these services. This is being conducted using procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
