- Pre-Solicitation Synopsis THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE 1. Solicitation will be issued on or about: 16 Mar 2009 and closes:16 April 2009.2. Solicitation number: FA8110-09-R-0019 3. Purchase Request number: FD2030-08-71443. Nomenclature/Noun: Aircraft Seat Track Assembly5. NSN: 1680-01-495-1647RK6. Part Number: 200120374-107. Application: Multiple8. AMC: 1C9. History: Last procured 7 March 2008, Qty: 68 each10. Description: New Manufacture of Aircraft Seat Track Assemblies.The assembly house gears that raise and lower the pilot's seat. Thedimensions are: Length - 7.5 inches, Width - 4.5 inches, Height - 2.25inches. Predominant Material: Steel. This procurement will have Require a First Article unless waived. Requirements for waiver will be provided in the solicitation. This will be a 3 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity with a BEQ' of 686 with a minimum order of 57. This also has a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement of Qty 7. New Manufactured Material Only, Surplus is NOT acceptable. FAR 52.209-1 Qualificiation Requirements Apply.
