Description

The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Detroit, Michigan, Detroit Metropolitian Airport. The Government requires 5,916 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 5,916 ANSI/BOMA office, training, and administrative space. The space should be contiguous and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
