Description: This is a notice of intent to issue a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, commercial contract for personal medical support services required to form a Regional Mobile Augmentation Team to assist the U.S. Army's Southeast Regional Medical Command (SERMC) units with pre-deployment and post-deployment screening and treatment of soldiers and other eligible beneficiaries. The team will be primarily based at Forts Benning and Stewart in Georgia, and Fort Campbell in Kentucky; but will travel extensively throughout the SERMC area of responsibility to provide services as required. The team's size is expected to be a minimum of 11 full-time equivalent personnel consisting of Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Clinical Social Workers, with a not-to-exceed maximum of 27 full time equivalents, depending on mission requirements. Home basing at other SERMC locations is possible as well as the use of potential Locum Tenens for certain positions. This acquisition has not been set aside for any small business category of socio economic concern. The initial contract will be awarded for BEQ levels, but the scope of the effort may change over the life of the contract, not to exceed maximum quantities. Four options will be included for similar services and quantities that may extend contract performance through 30 May 2014.
