Description: This was originally put out as a combined solicitation/synopsis. To add in the attachments, this has been put under presolicitation. Hopefully the attachments come forward. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. The NAICS code has changed from the original public announcement based on steel companies that will supply hardware will then get seals from the rubber companies. This is a request for quote for Seals with steel clam bars and harware as per attached specification and plans. Contact Clarence A. Miller at clarence.a.miller@usace.army.mil with any questions. The following shall be submitted with the proposals: Quoters are to provide two references to include company name, address, point of contact, and telephone number that include recent relevant contracts of the same or similar services. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 326299 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
