- A video conferencing system is required by the Pacific Northwest Regional Office of the Bureau of Reclamation located in Boise, Idaho. Request for Quotation (09SQ107770) will be issued on or about Monday, March 23, 2009. The RFQ will provide the specifications and requirements detailing face-to-face capabilities in a primary room and broadcast capabilities in an auxiliary room. The new system must be compatible with existing video display equipment currently in place in other BOR facilities. Quotations must not only include the hardware, software, related equipment and installation, but the expertise to integrate all components and aspects into a fully functioning video conferencing system. On-site technical support and follow-on assistance will also be required once the system has been put into service. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334290 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures.
