Description: THIS IS A MODIFICATION OF A PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT. W9128F-09-R-0032 This announcement is set aside for small business. Architect-Engineer services are required for Security Engineering for Design and Blast Analysis. The following paragraph is added to the original announcement. All other information and modifications remain as posted. It is the intent of the government to issue a contract to that firm considered most qualified after review of the qualifications and after conclusion of successful negotiations. The maximum contract value will not exceed $5,000,000.00 with each year of the contract having $1 Million dollars of contract capacity available. The contract will consist of a base year and 4 one year options for a total of five years duration with a maximum contract value of $5,000,000.00. PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN SUBMISSION DATE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. THE SUBMISSION TIME REMAINS AT 2:00 pm cdt (OMAHA TIME)
