The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, an eight month extension of contract number N6893604D0016 with Hamilton Sundstrand, One Hamilton Road, Windsor Locks, CT 06096-1010. The contract is a Time and Material, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to provide Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) in support of the E-2/C-2, P-3 and C-130 aircraft propeller systems and associated equipment. Hamilton Sundstrand holds proprietary data rights an! d is uniquely qualified as the OEM to perform the required services. Award of this contract modification is expected to occur in March 2009 and it will cover the period 01 April 2009 through 30 November 2009. A follow-on contract is in process and it is anticipated that the request for proposal (RFP) for the follow-on contract will be synopsized in July 2009.
