- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego-Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego/Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to SPADAC, Inc. for Item 0001 Perpetual EarthWhere License (3u) for SCIF (includes 1st year maintenance) P/N EW-4X-0003-P (1 each); Item 0002 Perpetual EarthWhere License (5u) for AIA Lab (included1st year maintenance) P/N EW-4X-0005-P (1 each); Item 0003 Tasking: JPG000 Code for WorldView Data (160 hours); Item 0004 Tasking: Brightness/Contrast Adjustment for ImageLinker (24 hours); Item 0005 RadarSat-2 Data Support for OSSIM (RPC Model, 3 fine beam modes) (320 hours).
