- Sole Source J&A The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to issue a sole source order in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for a 6-month performance period from April 1, 2009- September 30, 2009 with Bulk Mailing & Addressing, 1328 Charwood Road, Hanover, MD 21076. The current contract, set to expire March 31, 2009, provides pickup, delivery, and commercial storage of OCC material (furniture, office equipment, etc…). A copy of the executed sole source justification document is included with this announcement. In addition, the OCC has started the process of soliciting a replacement contract, but has encountered a delay. Therefore, this sole source order is necessary to bridge the gap between the current contract and the new award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, as no solicitation package will be issued at this time.
