- This procurement is for services to hydrostatic test and fill 400 nitrogen cylinders for Sierra Army Depot. As a result of this solicitation Sierra Army Depot intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The Service Contract Act will be applicable. This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541380. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is March 25, 2009.
