- Brand Name Letter Itemized Listing (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as solicitation, FA2517-09-T-6042. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30. (iv) This acquisition is procured as full and open competition. The NAICS code for this requirement is 443120, Computer and Software Stores. The size standard is $9 million and a single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes. (v) The commercial items listing is attached. Some items are being procured as"Brand Name" only and some items are being procured as Brand Name or Equal. (vi) The requirement is for the attachment "Itemized Listing" for the specific salient characteristics. The Brand Name is attached. As part of your quote, you are required to include supporting documentation on how your product meets the salient characteristics or your quote will be considered nonresponsive. (vii) Commercial items shall be priced as FOB destination to Peterson AFB, CO. Delivery terms are 15 days. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. (JUNE 2008). As part of your quote, you are required to include the format from the itemized listing to include line item, warranty information, quantity, unit, description, price and total amount information or your quote will be considered nonresponsive. (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2(a) Evaluation--Commercial Items (a) (JAN 1999), applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on lowest price meeting salient characteristics and delivery terms. (x) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification--Commercial Items (JUNE 2008), applies to this acquisition. All vendors must be registered in Online Representations and certifications (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov)) at the time of Quote submittal.
