Description

DUNDAS Visualization, Inc. Justification document This is a notice of intent to place a sole source award with DUNDAS Visualization, Inc., 250 Ferrand Drive, Suite 500, New York, Ontario, Canada M3C 3G8 (CAGE: 3AP35). A copy of the executed sole source justification document is included with this announcement. The Defense Logistics Agency, Contracting Services Office-Battle Creek has a requirement for one (1) each, DUNDAS Chart for WINDOWS Forms Enterprise Edition software license. Interested parties who are technically and legally able to supply the DUNDAS Chart for WINDOWS Form Enterprise Edition are requested to submit a quotation. If you have specific question concerning this acquisition, please submit them in writing via facsimile to 269-961-4226/ATTN: DCSO-B/David Straughn. Only questions received facsimile will be answered. Questions are due no later than 9 a.m. Eastern Time, Friday, March 20, 2009. Questions and their corresponding answers will be published via a formal amendment to this announcement. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring updates to this announcement for possible changes to this notice. Receipt of your quotation is due no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Time, Tuesday, March 24, 2009. Submit your quotation via e-mail to David.Straughn@dla.mil. Please be sure to place in the SUBJECT line of the e-mail message” RFQ # SP4704-09-Q-1034. No telephone calls accepted at any time, either pre-award or post-award.
