Kuipers, Contract Specialist, Fax: 256-313-4144, NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Government proposes to include options with a source directed Foreign Military Sales procurement, on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando, Cage Code 04939, for the following Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Site / Pilot Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS) Systems components: twelve (12) each M-TADS/PNVS Systems, installation and integration, twenty-four (24) each Arrowhead Upgrade Kits, twenty-four (24) each Partial B-Kits and twenty-four (24) TADS Electronic Display and Control (TEDAC) units. The Government intends to award the options under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. Only Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando possesses the technical expertise, data and experience necessary to execute this requirement.
