Description
NSN: 5342-01-399-8016. End Item Application: AIRCRAFT, HORNET F/A-18 (E/F), This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Mount Resilient, Weapon. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The procurement is unrestricted and is a 3C item. The approved source is: Barry Wright Corporation; CAGE: 81860, P/N 9576-1/06. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is as follows: Base Year EAQ: 120 each, Option Year EAQ: 120 each. Delivery: 64 Days, ARO; FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 17 April 2009. The anticipated award date is 17 October 2009. Other than full and open competition applies. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
