- This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential qualified contractors to provide a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Campbell County TN to service Campbell, Whitley and Scott Counties. The estimated number of enrolled patients is expected to be close to 500, increasing to 1,000 over the term of the contract. The contractor shall furnish healthcare providers, medical facilities; equipment and supplies, emergency fill pharmaceutical prescriptions and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical and mental health needs of enrolled patients. The contractor shall be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this contract and the health plan covered thereunder, including responsibility for all employees, agents, subcontractors, and any other entity acting for or on behalf of the contractor. Responses to this notice must include general information regarding your company such as Name, Address, Contact Person, Phone Number, E-mail address, Type of Business such as 8(a), Small Business, Hub Zone, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, or Veteran Owned. In addition, please indicate whether your company has experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs Capitated CBOC Program and if it is your intention to be a joint venture with another company.
