- NSN: 3110-00-763-6358, Bearing, Ball, Annular, Drawing in accordance with 1X4F3 AMSCBDOC, Amendment Dated 07 MAR 07, Approved Sources of Supply SKF USA, INC (CAGE CODE 38443) Part Number: 4008T41P01, Source Control Item to General Electric Co. (CAGE CODE 99207). Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 206 Days ARO. This NSN is a critical application source control item. Quality Control Code is FCA which is a Higher Level Quality System which will apply to the manufacturer and/or both the manufacturer and dealer facilities if quoted by a dealer. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock) and the contractor’s packaging shall adhere to the Quality Assurance Verification requirements in accordance with MIL-DTL-197K. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a one year base and four option years. This RFP will be solicited as unrestricted with full and open competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD, which is 44 each bearing, ball, annular. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is for 11 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
