Main Admin Building 4th Floor Conference Room # 407 Delaware Valley Job Corps Center 9368 State Route 97 Callicoon, NY 12723 SCOPE OF WORK Rehab 6 existing bathrooms. Remove and install new stainless steel shower inserts over existing terrazzo shower bases. There are a total of five shower stalls per wing, 6 wings for a total of 30 shower stalls. Contractor shall provide new 1.5 gal per min shower heads for each shower. Solder all joints as needed to connect new plumbing to existing. Verify all conditions prior to demolition. One shower stall per wing shall meet ADA regulation. Provide a stainless steel changing cubicle at each new shower; include 1 bench and 1 robe hook per shower. Match existing layout. Replace six broken toilet fixtures with new flush valves floor mount porcelain. Provide Remove existing toilet partitions in 6 existing bathrooms. Furnish and install 24 new stainless steel toilet partitions with new doors and hardware. Verify size and location. Installation shall match existing layout. Repair approximately 10 square feet of ceramic tile in each bathroom for a total of 60 square feet, where tile has detached or missing from floor or curbs. Contractor shall pressure wash each bathroom. General Notes: Contractor shall submit all shop drawings to the maintenance manger for review prior to demolition. All showers and partitions shall be ordered and stored on site prior to beginning demolition. All work shall be done during the summer break, June 19 thru July 5. All work shall comply with Davis Bacon Wage Determination.
