- Corpus Christi Contracting Office intends to award a contract for the Maintenance of Helicopter Engine Test Cells at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, TX. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Invensys Systems Inc. due to the existence of proprietary equipment. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912NW-09-T-0042 will be issued on or about March 17, 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
