- The United States Government seeks to lease garage and warehouse space consisting of approximately 14,000 rentable square feet in Middlesex County, Massachusetts bounded as follows: East: Route 1A (Callahan Tunnel) to Route 60 North : Route 60 to Route 1 West: Lynn Fells Parkway to Franklin Street to Route 28 (North Stoneham) and Montvale Avenue South: Washington Street to Route 38 to Route 16 (Southwest) to Route 3 (Route 2 intersect) and Route 3 back to point of beginning. The space should yield between 14,000 and 14,700 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet and be capable of stacking 50 standard size vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2009. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities.
