- SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATIONPROJECT NO. 695-09-104, RENOVATE PRIMARY CARE CLINIC 1st FLOOR, MILWAUKEE WISCONSIN FINDINGS 1.The concern C3T, Inc. Is a Service Disables Veteran Owned Small Business registered in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database, available at www.VetBiz.gov. A review of C3T, Inc; capability/profile information revealed that they have the experience, expertise and bonding level to perform the scope of work outlined in this project. 2.C3T, Inc. Is determined to be a responsible source with respect to performance of such contract opportunity; 3.The anticipated award price of the contract, between $500,000 and $1,000,000 will exceed the simplified acquisition threshold (as defined in section 4 of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 403) but will not exceed $5,000,000; and 4.In the estimation of the contracting officer, the contract award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers the best value to the United States. DETERMINATION It's my determination that in accordance with Information Letter 049-07-08, Public Law 109-461 and FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute (C3T, Inc.) can satisfy the VA requirements.
