- (NOTE: This Request for Proposal (RFP) pre-solicitation notice REPLACES the previously issued pre-solicitation notice for Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation W912P5-09-B-0008) The US Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District intends to award up to 6 indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC) construction contracts to provide civil works construction services for a broad range of construction, repair, maintenance, and demolition projects in the geographic area of the Nashville District and the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. The total cumulative amount for each contract shall not exceed eight million dollars ($8,000,000.00) during the five (5) year performance period for the resulting contracts. Projects will principally be construction from already completed designs. The work to be performed under these contracts shall include, but not be limited to, building construction, maintenance, repair work and demolition. The Government may at its discretion award less than 6 contracts. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this solicitation are 236, 237 and 238. The construction magnitude for each project will vary as individual task orders are issued. Evaluation criteria factors, details regarding the sample project and other pertinent information will be available in the solicitation documents. This solicitation is set aside for 8(a) contractors located within the SBA Region IV area, which encompasses the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama.
