Description

The Architect of the Capitol along with the US Captiol Power Plant has a requirement for complete wastewater discharge-related compliance and monitoring tasks for the United States Capitol Power Plant (USCPP). The scope includes effluent sampling events, annual discharge activity reports, and biennial permit renewals that are required of USCPP by the facility’s District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC WASA) wastewater discharge permit (No. 022-7, Revision 1, effective September 6, 2007). The RFP will be issued on or about March 24, 2009. The wRFP will be posted on the the AOC website www.aoc.gov. Click on "Procurement" and then "Procurement Opportunities".
