Description
Solicitation number, SPM4A6-09-R-0427, IQC09068009078, 5365-01-161-4062, Bushing, Nonmetallic. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open competition. Non-Commercial and is not Critical Safety Item. NSN is Critical Item Application. Surge and sustainment may be required. Approved source of supply is HME, Inc, Cage 28158, Part Number: 06664, and Oshkosh Corporation, Cage 45152, Part Numbers: 19AS71 and 2AG351. Surge and Sustainment may be or may not be required for the NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 516 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 1342 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 1342 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 1342 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 5368 each. The maximum annual contract quantity is 10,735 each. The Requested delivery is 137 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
