Description
This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. This is a synopsis for procurement (P) and repair/refurbishment (R/R) of Telescope Assemblies for the Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle Laser Range Finder on a sole source basis to: ELCAN Optical Technologies, 396 Leitz Rd. Midland, ON, CAN, L4R 5B8. The telescope assemblies are anticipated to be procured, and repaired/refurbished utilizing FAR Part 15. A minimum of ten (10) (P), fifteen (15) (R/R) and maximum of three hundred (300) (P) and three hundred (300) (R/R). The telescope assemblies sought are required to make repairs on the Bradley Laser Range Finder. For the repair/refurbishment the Government will furnish the telescope assemblies as Government Furnished Equipment to be repaired/refurbished by the contractor. Delivery required FOB Destination to Crane, IN, delivery required 45 days from the date of order (P) and 238 days for batches of 20 (R/R). This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5 year ordering period. Sole source due to proprietary data. This effort will be awarded utilizing FAR Part 15.
