An export control technical data package is available to certified contractors and the item fully competitive. Inspection/Acceptance will be at origin. Fob Destination. First Article Test applies to this procurement. Delivery is 274 DARO for the First Article; 274 DAFAA for the production items. This is Hubzone set aside, Only proposals from Hubzone certified Firm will be accepted. “A copy of the solicitation number SPMA4A709-R-0777 will be available via the Defense Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on April 1, 2009.
