- RFQ FOOD REQUIREMENT/GENERAL LINE GROCERY PRODUCTS - 3RD QUARTER FY 2009 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institituion, Fort Worth, Texas, intends to issue a solicitation RFQ50903-0006-9, for the acquisitio of Food Requirement/General Lne Grocery Products for the 3rd Quarter of FY 2009. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, and FOB Destination. Delivery dates are posted within this solicitation. Deliveries will be made to teh Federal Correctional Institution, 3150 Horton Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76119. The Government reserves the right to make a single or multiple awards. The Government will award to responsible quoter(s), whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements only, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government. As stated in the solicitation, changes to the descriptions will not be considered. The solicitation will be available Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distruted through this website. This website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure you have the most-up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The anticipated receipt of quotes is on Tuesday, March 31, 2009. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit a quote, which will be considered for an award. Faith-Based and Community Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts which they are eligible. All interested parties doing business with Federal Government must register in Central Contractors Register (CCR) database prior to any award. The website for this registration is www.ccr.gov. The anticipated date of award is Monday, April 6, 2009.
