- Description
- Q17: Per Addenda M, Factor II- Past Performance on Sheet 7- “(3) references for past performance information such that experience in the management of the items(s) specified in Addenda B can be verified.” Is Addenda B applicable? If yes where may we reference these specified items? A17: No, Addenda B is not applicable for Addenda M. Addenda B would be a list of line items and prices as may be provided in the offerors’ Statement of Work. Where Addenda M references Addenda B change to “management of the item(s) identified in the Statement of Objectives.” Q18: In accordance with paragraph 3.0 of the SOO, ******* requests the AFT3 Jet Test Cell Publications. A18: Per Section 3.0 of the SOO, all GE and Honeywell technical manuals are proprietary to the OEM and the offeror must be able to obtain them independently. A point of contact for Honeywell ATF3 manuals is Honeywell Technical Operations Center 1-800-601-3099; e-mail to, AeroTechSupport@Honeywell.com. Q19: Would it be possible to install a T700 test system in the middle cell in order to take advantage of the existing water line? If so, does the middle cell have the aerodynamic characteristics necessary to run a T700? A19: The middle cell is not part of the work scope and must remain intact. The cooling tower and water pumps can be modified to operate both #3 and #2 cells simultaneously. Q20: Would it be possible for ****** to visit the site even though the Industry Day has already been held? We are very interested in quoting this project and visiting the site beforehand would be a great benefit. A20: No. However, 119 photos are have been uploaded which may be of help. Q21: Where does the USCG plan to test the propeller gearboxes for the CT7-9C3 engine? A21: The CG will not be testing the propeller gearboxes for the CT7-9C3 engine. There are several more questions/answers to be provided later this week.
