Description: THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700109Q0078 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns (See Numbered Note #1). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811310 and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. NAICS Code 811310 must be reflected in the offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and/or Online Representations Certification Application (ORCA) records. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program ! for Certain Commercial Items. II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF) has a requirement for nonpersonal services to provide per-call repair services for an estimated total of 300 International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 8' X 8' 20' containers. The contract type will be a requirements contract pursuant to FAR Subpart 16.503. A firm fixed price task order will be established for each container repair. The resultant contract will include a base period of 12 months plus three (3) one-year option periods, which will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The contract requirements are outlined in the Performance Work Statement as set forth at Attachment 1.
