Description

J & A for BMC Software Distribution This is a notice of intent to place a sole source award with BMC Software Distribution, Inc., 2101 CityWest Blvd., Houston, TX 77042-2828 (CAGE: 1BEJ6). A copy of the executed sole source justification document is included with this announcement. The Defense Logistics Agency, Contracting Services Office-Battle Creek has a requirement for 12 months of software maintenance on SQL Back Track for ORACLE. Interested parties who are technically and legally able to supply the required 12 months of software maintenance service on SQL Back Track for ORACLE are requested to submit a quotation. If you have specific question concerning this acquisition, please submit them in writing via facsimile to 269-961-4226/ATTN: DCSO-B/David Straughn. Only questions received facsimile will be answered. Questions are due no later than 9 a.m. Eastern Time, Friday, March 20, 2009. Questions and their corresponding answers will be published via a formal amendment to this announcement. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring updates to this announcement for possible changes to this notice.
