Description

The purpose of this announcement is to notify the commercial market of the Government's intent to make award to CT Summation, Inc. for annual software maintenance for Summation Enterprise Software - 200 user licences. This requirement will be made on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Par 6.302-1(a)(c)(ii). The requirement will be fulfilled by the delivery of the above-mentioned items/services. This notice of intent to award should not be construed as a committment by the Government to issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or contract. Any informaiton provided to the Govenment is strictly voluntary. Responses to the notice of intent to award will not serve as proposals, bids, or offers which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. As such, the Government will not cover any cost for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. Please include the name of the point of contact, e-mail address and telephone number should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. Please note: A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST.
