- Description
- The CONTRACTOR shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to complete the work outlined in the statement of work section unless specified otherwise. The work under the project includes removal of emergency access stairs and building stairs throughout the facilities at the Batavia VA Medical Center, 222 Richmond Ave., Batavia NY 14020. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Please pay particular attention to the evaluation section of this solicitation. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 3/19/2009 at FedBizOps.gov. All questions concerning this project must be in writing and no phone calls will be excepted, please contact Jonathan Aikin, Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: jonathan.aikin@va.gov. Bids are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on 4/16/2009 at 130 Lebrun Rd. Building 3, second floor, VA Medical Center Buffalo, NY 14215. NAICS: 236220 apply. Size Standard: $33.5 million. PROJECT COST RANGE: $500,000.00. Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid meeting and walk through on March 25, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. local time, meeting at the Batavia VA Medical Center, Bldg #1 Lobby Area.
