Description

The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for a Plantronics Telephone Headset with Keypad. See requirement listed below. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-9-00066 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-27. Dated 17-SEP-2008. CLIN 0001- PLANTRONICS TELEPHONE HEADSET WITH KEYPAD. QUANTITY=1000 EACH UNIT TO INCLUDE 1 HEADBAND, 2 EARHANGERS TYPE "B" AND "C", BOOM-TYPE MICROPHONE, AND USER'S MANUAL. PLANTRONICS ONLY. DA202/DH011T SINGLE LINE TELEPHONE HEADSET WITH KEYPAD OR EQUIVILANT MODEL. Two-year replacement warranty, defective products will be returned upon request and replacement units provided at no cost to the government. Delivery is FOB destination to the Bureau of the Census, 1201 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Attn: Receiving Section Bldg. 60 F. Acceptance is at the same location. Delivery date is on or before 3 weeks after receipt of the award. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau vender registration form. Be sure to include all shipping and handling charges to the delivery location. Bids are due by 5:00 PM eastern time on 03-APR-2009.
